Dip Chin Assist

Although chin-ups and dips are both excellent exercises, they don't work every major muscle group in your body. Chin-ups work your back muscles, the back of your shoulders, and the pulling muscles in your arms; dips work the pushing muscles in your arms, the front of your shoulders, and offer some minimal chest involvement. To get an effective full-body workout, you must also work your chest, hip and leg muscles.
